Will re-baking pumpkin pies lower their quality?!

Question: I made pumpkin pies this afternoon, but didn't bake some of them long enough. Will they be fine if I put them back in the oven after they've cooled?

I think they will be fine to taste.
Be careful they dont dry up in the second baking - just a little ought to do it

that is nasty. you need to cook them all the way through the first time.

They should be fine, but they won't be perfect. They may have a bit of a bitter taste...

No, they should be okay. Just be careful and don't over bake them. It will dry them out. A thin bladed knife inserted in the center of the pie will tell you if the pie is done. The knife should come out totally clean.

Well that sounds like your only option, but i don't think they are going to taste as good as if you had baked them right to begin with.
