Do you need any specific ethinic recipies?
88db website have a list of cooking classes if you are keen to attend them:)

cook the meat(half a kilo) in pressure cooker until soft by adding onion, 2 green chillis and salt.

Make a paste of the following

Paste1:
1. one big onion
2. 10gms ginger
3. 3 flakes of garlic (if garlic pod is big as lemon size)
4. 4 red chillis
5. 3 pieces of clove
6. 5gms of cinnamon
7. 1 cardamom pod
8. half dtsp of turmeric.
9. ghusghus 1dtsp

Paste2:
1. 3tsp of coconut grated
2. one bunch coriander leaves
3. 2 tomatoes

take a pan , add oil(2tsp) , let it heat, add 1 green chilli, and one small onion and fry ; when it turns brown add all the paste1 and fry for sometime, and then add the cooked meat , allow it to mix with the masala. add just about half a cup of water (as when mutton cooked in pressure cooker would have water in it), depending on the consistancy. Check for the salt. Cook for 10 minutes, bring the flame to high and then add the Paste 2 and let it be on hight flame for another minute only (dont close the lid of the container) and turn off the flame. Here you go.... turns out really yummy.

sometimes adding methi leaves(while you add mutton) to this curry makes it more delicious.
