Chocolate Dessert Lasagna

1 (8-ounce) package no-boil lasagna noodles
2 pounds ricotta cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
1 orange, zested
1/2 cup roasted pistachios
4 ounces white chocolate, coarsely grated

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Bring a large pot of water to the boil and cook the noodles for 1 minute. Drain them and put them into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Drain again and lay on paper towels to dry.

Whisk together the ricotta, sugar, cocoa powder, and eggs on medium speed with a hand or stand mixer, scraping down the sides of the bowl, until it is well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and orange zest. Spread 1/4 of the cheese mixture into the bottom of an 8 by 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle some of the pistachios over the top and press on a layer of noodles. Repeat, ending with the ricotta mixture and pistachios. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the lasagna has risen. Remove the pan from the oven and evenly sprinkle the white chocolate over it. Let cool, cut, and serve.

how about good ole apple pie? blueberry pie
Ice cream cake with actual cake layers inbetween the ice cream

try our black forest cake it is simple and easy and everyone will love it. U will need:

1 box of devils food cake mix

1 can of cherry pie filling

1 container of creamy cool whip or u can make your own whipped topping...

1 9 by 13 inch cake pan:

directions:

prepare cake mix according to package directions and bake in a 9 by 13 inch pan ...

cool completly and spread pie filling over the top of the cake and cover with tin foil and set in fridge for at least 2 hours to make sure pie filling sets... after the allotted time take cake out and frost with cool whip or whipped cream and cover again with foil making sure it doesnt sit on top of cool whip.. refridgerate again for 2 hours and then u can add some chocolate shavings if u want or maybe some chocolate chips or drizzle warm choc syrup over it ... your friends and family will love it and it will look like u took all day to make this...

How about a giant Chocolate chip cookie. Then frost it with what you want . For example I decorated it with Ghost and Spiders. Well, I made it for our family (My 2 year old loved he didn't even want to eat it). Also it really easy!

I have a personal favorite, that not only looks good but smells heavenly (your guests will go crazy!).

Pumpkin Pie Pudding

INGREDIENTS

* 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
* 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
* 3/4 cup white sugar
* 1/2 cup biscuit/baking mix
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
* 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* Whipped Topping (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Transfer to a slow cooker coated with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees. Serve in bowls with whipped topping if desired.

The best part about it is that you don't have to CONSTANTLY watch it, nor worry about it burning. Its yummy either served warm or cold (the colder it is the more like bread pudding it is). Try it! You'll love it (especially if you love pumpkin pie!)
