Cajun sausage and cornbread. Or.............
Have some fun with them. Pick the meat, roll some fresh pasta and make blue crab ravioli. Blue crab meat, shitake mushrooms, ricotta and chives stuffed inside with a shrimp marinara sauce! Yum!

butter and beer. no really, hummm how about a salad with croutons and cheese.

fry the crab w/ chili garlic sauce. also serve it with any bread which u can dip into the sauce. it's yummy.

Why not trying Asian cuisine of preparing this seafood. It does go well with the blue crabs or any types of crabs at all. The hot and spicy flavour will eventually rise up the real taste of the blue crabs. For example you could try prepare 'Tom Yam'; a sour and spicy broth with seafood and vegetables added to it, originated from Thailand, or you could prepare chili crabs; crabs are prepare by mixing it with hot and spicy chili gravy which is originated from Malaysia.

We always used sausages, and shrimp...for the sides, we have cole slaw and cornbread. And lots of sweetened ice tea!!
