First, keep it clean. It cleans easily so this won't be an issue. Clean pans help prevent sticking.

Second, when you're going to cook with it, let the pan heat up BEFORE adding any kind of lubricant (oil, spray oil, butter, etc.). This will virtually ensure that food will not stick.

Aside from that, cooking with stainless steel is just about the same. Except ... you don't those nasty carcinogens in your food and you can use metal utensils.

Always clean with" Bar Keepers Friend" cleanser or "Cameo" both readily available at grocery stores it/they will keep them really clean they even remove those rainbow heat discolorations. Always heat pans first and then add oil , things will stick less Good you got rid of non stick (Cancer)??

It's basically like any cookware. Just make sure you don't let it get dry or burn anything to the bottom. If you let something burn in it is is going to do twice as easy the next time. I have used stainless steel for 40 years and still have the same set. It is very durable but don't let stuff burn to the bottom. Hope this helps.

I have stainless steel cookware and love it! Mine is pretty heavy and I cook with all temps. The only thing is anything you cook make sure to use a non stick spray it makes them much easier to clean. They also hold heat much longer that non stick so your food stays cooking alittle longer after you have removed it from the heat.
Happy cooking on your new cookware!

stainless steel is usually to boil things in it works amzingly with rice, but otherwise its just like anyother pot
