This is very different..... I love it.

Lazy Gourmet Chicken



1 tbls sugar
? cup vinegar
? cup soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
? tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 ? - 3 # fryer, cut up


Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large, tightly lidded saucepan and bring to a boil. Add chicken pieces and coat each well. Keep covered and reduce heat, simmer 35-40 minutes, basting several times along the way.

CHICKEN WITH CASHEWS

1 pound chicken breast, boned & sliced thin
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small chopped onion
1/2 pound mushroom, trimmed and sliced
1 small cabbage head, shredded
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups cashews
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 ounces Chinese noodles

Place chicken, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in a bowl; let stand for 15 minutes. Heat 2 tablespoons oil with salt in wok or heavy skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until white and firm. Add onion and mushrooms and stir-fry until vegetables are soft.
Remove from pan.

Add 2 tablespoons oil to wok. Stir in cabbage and sugar. Stir-fry 3 or 4 minutes until cabbage is crisp tender. Return chicken-vegetable mixture to wok. Add cashews and toss to combine. Add 1 teaspoon cornstarch to 1/4 cup soy sauce. Stir into chicken-cashew mixture. Cover and steam 1 minute. Uncover and stir until sauce is slightly thickened. Sprinkle with Chinese fried noodles before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

fry the onions , then fry chicken until white, put 2 tablespoons of curry paste and cook for 5 minutes , then add quarter of coconut milk on to the curry and cook for further 10 mins. serve with coriander on served food

I love chicken piccata! I pass out this recipe a lot, because it's so easy to make, and everyone always loves it!

Chicken Piccata
2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, butterflied and then cut in half
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
All-purpose flour, for dredging
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup brined capers, rinsed
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour and shake off excess.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with 3 tablespoons olive oil. When butter and oil start to sizzle, add 2 pieces of chicken and cook for 3 minutes. When chicken is browned, flip and cook other side for 3 minutes. Remove and transfer to plate. Melt 2 more tablespoons butter and add another 2 tablespoons olive oil. When butter and oil start to sizzle, add the other 2 pieces of chicken and brown both sides in same manner. Remove pan from heat and add chicken to the plate.

Into the pan add the lemon juice, stock and capers. Return to stove and bring to boil, scraping up brown bits from the pan for extra flavor. Check for seasoning. Return all the chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove chicken to platter. Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter to sauce and whisk vigorously. Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley.

Ritz Chicken casserole!! yum

take 2- 3 large chicken breast and bake them in a dish for about 45 min at 375 degrees, turning once. season with s&p

after cooked, let rest for 5 minutes and then cube them into bite sized pieces.

in a large baking dish mix 1 tub of sour cream and 2 cans of cream of musroom soup together, add chicken

take a sleeve of ritz crackers and crush (or run through a food processor) add about a tbsp. of melted butter to the crackers and stir. add them to the top of the casserole.

then bake casserole for 35-40 minutes at 350.

malabu chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breast(marinated overnight in italian dressing)
4 thin slices of chedder cheese(deli type)
4 slices of swiss or prolone cheese
4 slices of thin ham(canadan bacon) or 8 slices fried bacon

put chicken breast on cooking sheet cook at 350 degrees for around 20 mins

when almost done put slice chedder cheese then ham or bacon the swiss or prolone cheese

return to oven cook til cheese is throughly melted

you can eat like is or top with sauteed onions and mushrooms

add a great garden salad or cesar salad with it

This is my bachelor chicken .... I teach it to all my friends that just moved out and are staving because all they can cook is boiling water.

Get a package of chicken parts (legs, thighs and or breasts)
Heat Oven to 350
Place Chicken on a Foil Covered baking dish (helps with cleanup)
Put what ever spices you might have laying about (usually Italian seasoning or Garlic Salt) enough to lightly cover
Put a liquid (wine, Whiskey, or BBQ is the usual,but beer works as do apple or grape juice)
Cook for an hour in the oven Uncovered

I just buy the fresh ones at Sam's or Target. Sorry.
