Whats a tasty way to cook your first pumpkin?!
Answers: Just bought one and i have no idea what to do with it.
Bake it together with the skin intact... When it's cooked, it's soft and the natural sweetness is still in it... NICE.
bake it

don't, just send me the fair and I'll come and do it for you .. my second most favourite veggies .. try baking, roasting (make extra I eat a lot) mash, make pumpkin soup .. add to marmalade to give a lovely smooth tang ..put the whole thing in the oven and bake until you can push a fork in without difficulty .. cut the top open and remove the seeds, fill with cream and herbs, and bake until the flesh falls away from the skin (another setting please, my 'broomstick warrior' loves it this way) in fact just send it over here to Australia and I'll let you know what you pumpkin tastes like .. we grow about 60 types in our neighbourhood
