Help me baking chicken please?!

Question: I just have a pack of tenderlois and want to bake them on a sheet the way they are. What tempurature should I use and how long? I'm not a cook but just bought some chicken to cook for something different. I usually eat tuna sandwiches for dinner. I'm on a high protein diet.

Cook them on 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. add some garlic salt or even just salt and pepper. Another good way is to put lemon juice on them than dip em in flour!

Moderate to hot oven, for chicken.

Spray or rub a bit of olive oil over the chicken, and season with some salt and pepper. Will take 25 mins approx.

place them on a baking sheet preheat oven to 350 degree F add alittle salt and peper and drizzle with a marinade then bake for about 25mins on each side.

MadamRapunzel has it, but you don't need the marinade.

You can use any oil, butter or margarine. BUT butter and margarine have a tendency to turn food browner, faster.

Oil, butter or margarine prevent the tenderloins from sticking to the pan. They add some flavor.

Yes, that is my real last name!

Boil them, feed them to the dog, and go out to eat.

If they're chicken tenders they shouldn't take long--if you have some italian salad dressing brush them with that--if not some olive oil , a little salt, pepper, or garlic salt. Just bake them at about 350 until the juices run clear.

chicken tenderloins dont take more than 4mins to cook. defrost them totally in a dish. in a pan ..olive oil (dash) 2 tab . butter.heat until butter gets golden brown, add chicken.if you have garlic salt, please put a dash of that on them.skooch the pan around with the handle until the chicken is golden. (make sure you dried the chicken off before you fry them.) cook no longer than 6mins or they will be dry!
