Whats a good dip for shrimp??!


Question: SPICY SHRIMP DIP

1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon A-1 sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon worcheshire sauce
1 1/2 freshly grated horseradish
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 medium onion
Dash of Tabasco

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Place in refrigerator until well chilled. Serve with shrimp.

Umm...cocktail sauce?
Make your own with ketchup, ground horseradish to taste, and a little lemon juice.
Also good with tartar sauce, a bit of soy, or teriyaki sauce, or a sweet sour sauce.

take a nice platter, spread cream chez on it, spread a jar of cocktail sauce on top of that, then put little shrimp in a nice pattern on top and eat with crackers. it's super yummy.

PATRICIO SAUCE:
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons fresh chives, sliced thinly

Add the cream to the skillet along with the chives, bring to a slight boil, stir well, then take off the flame and pour over the plated shrimp, salt and pepper to taste. serve right away.

VESUVIO SAUCE
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Italian spices
1 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes with juice

In a skillet, add the crushed tomatoes with the juice, Italian spices, and red chili flakes, and bring to a boil, take off the heat and pour over the plated shrimp, serve right away. salt and pepper to taste, chili flakes added to taste.

ROMANO SAUCE
1 cup canned crushed tomatoes with juice
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1 tablespoon oregano

In a skillet, add a cup of the crushed tomatoes with juice, the 1/4 cup of marinara sauce, and bring to a boil, then pour over the plated shrimp, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and serve right away.

Cocktail Sauce
6 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons horseradish
4 tablespoons lemon juice
celery salt to taste
tabasco sauce

Directions:
Shake all ingredients until well mixed. Add celery salt and tabasco sauce to your taste. Chill and serve.
