Question: I don't want to just throw them away!

Answers: I don't want to just throw them away!

Pixie,
just go ahead and freeze them. Personally, plain old me - I just like buiscuits with honey and coffee on occassion. Looks like you got some great suggestions here however.

BISCUITS & GRAVY!!! One of my favorites.

Freeze them in zip lock baggies. Maybe put 4 to a bag or whatever suits your household.

COLD BREAD PUDDING

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 leftover biscuits or hamburger buns
Nutmeg to taste (opt.)

Beat eggs and sugar; add milk and vanilla. Add nutmeg, if desired. Mix well. Tear up biscuits or buns into mixture; stir. Bake at 350 degrees in 8"x8" pan for 1 hour.

OR Just freeze them for later

Leftover, reheated biscuits are never as good as when first made, so you need to disguise or hide them under a sauce or gravy. Try chipped creamed beef, creamed ham or sausage gravy. Good as fresh made!
