I have ground beef...what can i make this with to have a great dinner?!
Answers: i dont have a clue as what to make...and i need a quick easy meal...any recipes?
Although the easy answer would be hamburgers, you can make meatloaf, tacos, burritos, spaghetti and meatballs, etc. My pick, however, would be the Spaghetti and meatballs, you just can't go wrong with pasta.

Quick is the enemy of good.
Toss a lump of ground beef into the center of a cast iron skillet. Put it into a 350F oven. Wash and dry a couple of russets, and toss them onto the same shelf of the oven, directly onto the wire rack. Wash and dry a couple of carrots, cut them into 3" segments, and toss them into the skillet, around the outside. Peel a half-dozen onions, about 1" in size, and toss them into the skillet as well.
In a half hour, turn the taters over, turn the carrots over, turn the onions over. Leave the beef alone.
In an hour, pull the taters and the skillet out of the oven. You'll want to have plenty of butter, as well as salt and pepper, on the table, and a pitcher of unsweet tea with lots and lots and lots of ice.
hopefully it doesn't have mad cow disease. if you know anything please help me by answering my question also!

Hamburger gravy w/ instant mashed potatoes or bisquits
Brown hamburger, breaking into small pieces and seasoning with your favorite spices. Drain excess fat, add 2/3 water and 1/3 milk, enough to almost cover the meat, but the amounts you add will be equivalent to the final amount of gravy. Let simmer, stirring contstantly on low or medium heat for about 20 min. Add a ruex(equal parts butter and flour cooked in a skillet until golden brown) or use about 3 TBSP flour and add water until it becomes the thickness you want from your gravy, then slowly stir it in and your gravy will thicken right up as it heats a little longer.
It's really yummy, serves depending on how much meat you use, I usually use a lb for 3-4 people. Good luck!

I like to fry potatoes, onions and ground beef together in a skillet and then top it with eggs..just let the eggs cook fully with the lid on top of the mixture. Use ketchup to top..it's yummy..cheap..easy and even my kids love it!
