Can you freeze potato soup and it taste just as good when you unthaw it?!

Question: I have found that after freezing and thawing, it gets a little watery but the flavor is not harmed. I add Polsa Kilbasa to my potato soup for extra flavor. I cut and skin the PK, fry it to start carmelization, and then add it to the soup.

When you unthaw it it will lose some of its flavors, once reheated adjust soup with more seasoning (salt, pepper, herbs & spices) until desired taste

Not to be funny, but wouldn't unthawing be to
FREEZE?
