NEVER FAIL FUDGE

INGREDIENTS
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Butter a 9x9 inch dish.
Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, milk, vanilla and salt in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Cook, stirring, until smooth. Remove from heat and beat until mixture loses its gloss. Stir in chopped nuts and pour quickly into prepared pan.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

This fudge is very easy to make - no soft ball stage - yeah! quick too - and the pot was easy to clean - what more could I want? Oh right, it tastes really good. A keeper.

It's on the back of the Marshmallow Fluff jar..yummy

Look on the marshmallow jar it's great!

Microwave Fudge
Easy chocolate fudge made in the microwave oven.

* 3 2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
* 1/2 cup cocoa
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
* 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional

Combine and cook confectioners' sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter on high power until butter is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir until smooth. Blend in vanilla and pecans. Spread into a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cut microwave fudge in squares.

Yum!
(You don't have to use the microwave -- a saucepan on the stove will work as well.)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 pound powdered sugar
4 ounces unsweetened baking cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Place the butter and milk into a small saucepan. Heat slowly over low heat until the butter is completely melted. Remove from heat, and stir in the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil, parchment or waxed paper, and have the lining overhang the edges of the pan by about an inch. Butter the lining. Press the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, cover with additional foil or paper so that the fudge does not dry out. Chill until cool enough to handle, but don't let it get too cold or it will be difficult to cut. Remove from the pan by lifting the lining carefully. Remove the lining, and cut into squares.

enjoy!

Stir constantly over medium-low heat until all sugar is dissolved and mixture begins to boil.
Boil for 6 minutes, then add marshmallows, chocolate chips and margarine.
Line the bottom of cookie sheet or baking pan with wax paper and pour mixture evenly. (Size the pan or sheet according to your preference in fudge thickness)
Allow to cool completely and cut into squares.

The best one I have ever seen is from Dominos Sugar. It is on thier website.

It uses 10X powdered sugar, cocoa, butter, vanilla, and you can use nuts as well.

On Occasion I have made a sub for example I have subbed rum for the vanilla and this year I have used the same amount of Peanut Butter as the receipe calls for Regular Butter.

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 pound powdered sugar
4 ounces unsweetened baking cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
