bananas . . . even if i don't have a lot of other food, i make sure to have fresh bananas. they're cheap, easy to pick up at the store when walking home from work and able to be eaten as is, put in oatmeal, made into bread or pb sandwiches and they're healthy and filling.

Canned green beans, frozen chicken, frozen ground beef.

Garlic and onions! Gotta have flavour. Oh and frozen veggies and ground beef.

milk ,bread onions and tomatoes.

black beans, always have them - use them alot (pretty good in a veggie lasagna)

We never run out of chicken nuggets as we have 2 children at home, same as meat and chicken.

I always have different types of pasta, chicken and beef broth,
tomatoes whole, stewed and sauce. eggs and all kinds of seasonings

pasta, frozen veggies. Meat

Milk

theres only a few things that i never allow to run down that far....

Bread, has so many uses, and whatever is left in the cupboards can be made into a sandwich. I always have at least 2-3 loaves in deep freeze at any time, so I never ever run out.

Cans of soup, quick, filling and easy. also quite cheap for a meal.

Dried pasta, i use loads of this, and buy in bulk. Consequently i'd have to have pasta every meal for about 3 weeks straight to run my supply dry.

Eggs
Canned beans
Tuna
Coffee

Tomato sauce, pasta, cereals....onions and garlic.

ketchup
cheese
tuna

good ole pasta

peanut butter

beans, coffee creamer, milk, coffee, frozen veggies, peanut butter that's all i could think of for now.
