Which honey should I use for warm goats cheese salad?!

Question: I would think any pouring honey would do, can't really imagine that your goats would be great connoisseur's of salad.

I'm just a little curious as to why your goats are warm? Is it because you have provided them with anoraks, or have you brought them all in to the house to enjoy the central heating while they're eating their salads? Either way, its very nice of you of course!

Oh! And I'm also curious about whether they prefer ordinary cheese or goats cheese?

pure honey.

who cares.?

Natural honey but the runny type is better.

I am not a big fan of honey in general, but I do like Israli wild flower honey. Choose a honey that you are sure the bees were pollinating a specific flower(s), it will add an extra depth of flavor to your salad.

pure gold honey (if in the surface there is the sugar trow it away it isint good)

Try and use honey that is farmed locally. It usually has the best flavor and it can help ward off allergies too. You should be able to find it at your local farmers market or health food store. Good luck!
