I bake mine at 350 for about an hour. Larger meatballs will take a bit longer.

Form into meatballs about 1" in diameter and place on a broiler pan. I like to use a rack in the pan so the fat will drip away

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until meatballs are no longer pink in center. Cool and freeze, or use in your favorite meatball recipe.

***I have always baked my 1 1/2 inch meatballs at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes, I sacrifice the middle ones to make sure it's not pink in the middle, I make 90 at a time and freeze them in batches of 6. This way they're ready for meatball sandwiches on homemade pizza, and in Lasagna. I do not eat spaghetti, there good all by themselves.

350 for 30 minutes works great for me.

350 for about 25-30 minutes any longer than that and they will dry out ....
