What is a recipe that your husband raves about?!
Grill 4 chicken breasts till just about done. Cut in half. Place 2 pieces of priscutto ham and a slice of swiss cheese in between the slices of chicken. Continue grilling until cooked. While the chicken cooks, saute a bunch of mushrooms in butter with garlic and green onions. Pour the mushroom sauce over the chicken and serve.

He really loves when I make him bone in rib-eye. No recipe thogh just my own special rub. I marinate the steak over night and serve it with a one pounder potato and tossed salad!!
I don't have a husband... yet LOL, but my family and friends LOVE my shrimp scampi... they won't eat it anywhere else but at my house... I never thought it was that great... just good, until they would beg me for it
Believe it or not...my meatloaf!! I make it with crushed potato chips and barbeque sauce....not the typical meatloaf!
My "signature dish" is pasta with olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs and mussels, bay scallops and shrimp - and omg my guy just loves it! But he's pretty great - he loves just about anything I come up with!

Well what about if I do the cooking in my house not my wife. I made a King Ranch chicken casserole last night set in the fridge to get them flavors all together i opened it today and almost half a 13x9 is gone. Same thing last week when i made some slowcooker short ribs i got on rib out of 4 lbs her and my son killed the rest. These little easy recipes i make are gone she loves them the long hard fancy dishes i prepare sits there.
there are meals that my fiance loves, but he constantly asks for this snack/lunch/kinda dinner
i make a chicken cordon bleu, but with sharp cheddar and ham. we are total snob foodies, but this is a simple, comfort food.
roll up thin sliced chicken fillets with diced ham and shredded sharp cheddar (s+p to taste), dip in egg then breadcrumbs then brown in olive oil. then place in baking pan 20-25 mins at 350, and youre done!!!
it sounds basic, but its an instant pleaser!
