I have guest this weekend for dinner and she hates veg im not used to cooking without veg what can i cook?!
Answers: want something thats going to line our belly as going out for drinks
I'd suggest a nice grilled chicken breast or thin cut steak in a pitta bread with optional salad ( not sure how far the veg dislike goes!) and chunky chips or wedges, Protein and carbs...Keep you filled for ages, plenty energy, and will help soak up the booze!! ENJOY :-)
Pasta with a cheese & tomato sauce xx
meat platter without the platter
A slab of raw bovine ar5e cheek!
A nice curry
Rice goes with most stuff and it fills ya right up. Try sweet and sour chicken, yum
You could make like Captain Birdseye used to in the Findus adverts, and just cook up a massive pile of fish fingers with nothing else on a silver platter.
lasagne and garlic bread....mmm ...yummy
i say a nice alfredo.. shrimp or chicken yummy!!!!
make her something with veggies in it but then dont make them visible. happy cookin!
chips and steak or macaroni cheese with crusty bread..that does the trick
lots of starches , potatoes etc.
chips
Should this be your problem? As a guest they should be polite and be happy with anything you serve! Great plan......go out for dinner, you dont have to cook, they can eat what they like, and no washing-up. Sweet
spaghetti bolognase or chili con carney
they both have mostly meat in them and are very easy to cook and line your bellies before a heavy drinking session
Casserole?
Any kind of pasta would pretty much avoid the veggie thing, plus mega lines the belly! for booze session!
Spag bol, lasagne, macaroni, canneloni......
pasta...
egg and chips... with or without the sausage...
kebab....no salad
vindaloo curry...
definitely lasagna and bread. It'll fill your belly and get you ready for a fun night out. Plus if you're munchy later, it microwaves really well for leftovers. Have fun!!
Steak tartar sounds good, quick and easy pure meat.
A pasta dish served with garlic bread or chilli with tortilla chips. Or steak, chips and salad. Chinese or a curry. Hope this helps
Chicken with rice. Cheese omelette. Fish in pastry with suitable sauce.
Why not make a pasta bake, you can sneak some veggies in there and she won't notice.. Tuna, or chicken a nice sauce and put some peppers and onions and anything else.. she will love it..
Plenty of fresh crispy roast potatoes.
Pasta, cheese, rice, fruit (Tomato and cucumber are not veg),
apples make a good substitute for spuds, bread, meat soup.
Tagliatelle with ham and cheese sauce is a good stomach liner for going out boozing.
Or
Spaghetti bolognese with tomato sauce.
