?

depends on if it is just broth or if it has other stuff in it like veggies or meat

It's a food. You don't have to chew drinks, do you? If it's mainly broth I suppose you could call it a drink...

I'd say if it's something chunky like clam chowder, then it's a food. If is something smooth and plain like broth, then it's a drink. You have to chew it in order for it to be a food.

A food it has multiple ingredient list and has a texture.

It's food! :-)

It is food. It's also a liquid, but you would never pour yourself a glass of soup to go with a meal you are eating (unless you were having grilled cheese and a Campbell's SoupAtHand.)

It's a food that you can drink.

Food is my guess. The only one I would consider a drink maybe tomato soup if it doesn't have any chunky veggies in it.

food

as long as it is in a bowl and eaten with a spoon food..
If you ask ask for it in a glass you can call it a drink.

i would say food cause there are chunks in soup...

I'm not sure. But according to the Reagan administration, ketchup should be considered a vegetable.
