'Traditional' fruit salad recipe?!

Question: I want to make a traditional fruit salad.
The kind with apple, orange, grapes, pears and cherries. The thing is I remember something about boiling the orange rinds, but I haven't got a clue what to do next. Please help me with my fruit salad =)

Orange rinds? It's not good for fruit salad. Discard it or put it in a plastic bag with some holes in it. Tie the bag and place in under your car seat or in a secluded place in your room. You can use it as car or room air freshener.

Back to fruit salad, cut the fruits in desired size, pour all purpose cream, add a little condensed milk. Mix thoroughly. That's how easy it is.

Boiling orange rinds??

Here's the recipe:

Cut-up fruit. Mix together. Voila!

Never heard of that!

Waldorf Salad

Chopped apples, seedless grapes, walnuts, raisins, and whatever else you may like to go in it.

Add lemon juice, about a tablespoon full and mayo, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

There is an Ambrosia Salad that has oranges, grapefruit, cherries and such in it. Ask.com and type in Ambrosia Salad.

dont boil the orange rinds
just cut up your fruits (no rind) and if your keeping it for later sprinke a little lemon juice on to keep the apples from browning...
then when your about to serve if you want to mix with any kind of yogurt that tastes good. this may be where you are supposed to boil your orange rinds and mix in with the yoguirt possibly?

you can make this way!! cut all the friuts you need then put in a bowl ,add 3 tp of sugar one glass of red wine ,and one cup fo lemon juice, mix all and live in the rif for 2 hours end buon appetito!!!!!!!!my favourite resto http://carmineristoranteitaliano.dgte.ph

My fruit salad is a blend of oranges and apples and a can of fruit cocktail, coconut, pecans, maraschino cherries, marshmallows and a couple of table spoons of mayo and mix together.

As far as the oranges go try a regular orange and add a tangelo
or navel oranges,
and with the apples add different colors, sometime they have different textures.
As far as the pecans you can change out with wal-nuts.
