Are there any recipes that involve marshmallows?!
Answers: I bought 4 packets and i don't know what to do with them.
Marshmallow brownie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups milk chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Melt butterscotch morsels and margarine in a large bowl in microwave. Stir the mixture well and let it cool to lukewarm.
While the liquid mixture is cooling, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and eggs into the butterscotch mixture; mix well. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate morsels.
Spread batter into a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake 25 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
Chocolate Marshmallow Candy
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan, combine butter and sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and butterscotch chips until melted. Stir in nuts, marshmallows and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Marshmallow Cake
INGREDIENTS
1/2 (10.5 ounce) package marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 cup heavy cream
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan on low heat, combine marshmallows and milk. Cook until marshmallows are melted, and mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in egg yolk. Fold in 1/3 of the melted marshmallow mixture, then quickly fold in remaining marshmallow until no streaks remain. Stir in lemon juice.
In a large bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain. Spread into graham crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Peanut butter marshmallow bars
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening, plus additional for greasing
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate flavored syrup
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish with shortening.
For cookie base, combine brown sugar, shortening, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter, granulated sugar and egg in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add gradually to creamed mixture at low speed. Beat until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Press chilled cookie base into prepared dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until light brown. Do not over-bake. Cool 2-3 minutes.
For topping, place Creamy Peanut Butter in microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave at HIGH for 1 minute. Pour over baked surface. Spread to cover. Cover with marshmallows. Drizzle chocolate syrup over marshmallows. Return to oven. Bake 5 minutes or until marshmallows are light brown. Do not over-bake. Loosen from sides of dish with knife. Remove dish to cooling rack. Cool completely. Cut with sharp greased knife into bars about 2x2 inches.

Rice Krispy Treats

2 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
confectioners' sugar
Combine gelatin and 1/2 cup cold water in the bowl of an electric mixer with whisk attachment.
Let it stand 30 minutes.
Combine granulated sugar, corn syrup, salt, and 1/2 cup of water in a small heavy saucepan; place over low heat and stir until sugar has dissolved.
Wash down sides of pan with a wet pastry brush to dissolve sugar crystals.
Clip on candy thermometer; raise heat to high.
Cook syrup without stirring until it reaches 244° (firm ball stage).
Immediately remove pan from heat.
With mixer on low speed, slowly and carefully pour syrup into the softened gelatin.
Increase speed to high; beat until mixture is very thick and white and has almost tripled in volume, about 15 minutes.
Add vanilla; beat to incorporate.
Generously dust an 8x12 inch glass baking pan with confectioners' sugar.
Pour marshmallow mixture into pan.
Dust with confectioners' sugar; let stand over night uncovered, to dry out.
Slice a banana lengthways. Cut up the marshmallow and spread along. Put some dark chocolate gratings over. Wrap in tin foil bake in a hot over for about 10 mins. MM mm lovely pudding. Very sweet. xx

BROWNIE MARSHMALLOW BARS
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. marshmallows, cut in half (or miniature marshmallows)
Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs and blend. Sift together flour, salt, and cocoa. Gradually add to first mixture. Add vanilla and pecans. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cover at once with marshmallows.
FROSTING:
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. softened butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Blend well. Spread on brownies. Chill, cut into squares, and serve.

There are some nice recipes on this site,you can use them in a cake,cover them with choccie,or melt them with rice krispies and make little cake things and then cover them with chocolate...okay i need to buy some marshmallows now

a marshmallow cheesecake, mix the marshmallows into the cheesecake mix along with some melted chocolate or cocoa if you prefer. its abs delicious x
5 cup salad
You just mix:
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup sour cream (or cool whip)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup mini marshmallows.
Chill and serve, it's yummy!!!

don't have the recipes, but you can find them online. There are rocky road cookie bars that I have seen, also fudge usually calls for marshmallow cream, but some call for marshmallows themselves. Also a really good fruit salad called frogs eye salad that has small pieces of pasta (look like frogs eyes) marshmallows, whipped cream, oranges and pineapple. I am sure recipe online also.

Makes 24 slices

Cooking time 10 to 30 mins
Ingredients
240g/8oz butter
150g/5oz dark chocolate (a spicy one works well)
60g/2oz cocoa
150g/5oz plain flour
500g/1lb 2oz caster sugar
5 eggs, beaten
150g/5oz marshmallows, chopped

1. Heat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5. Line a 30cm/12in square tin with baking parchment.
2. Melt the butter and the chocolate together very gently.
3. Mix the cocoa with the flour and the sugar and, off the heat, mix this mixture into the butter and chocolate. Mix in the eggs and fold in the marshmallows.
4. Turn the brownie mixture into the tin and bake in the oven until the surface has set but still feels squidgy underneath. This will take about 20 minutes. Allow to cool and slice.
