Where can i find menu plans that are nutritious yet inexpensive?!

Question: i would like to start cooking our food homemade , instead of frozen meals and such... but our budget doesn't call for that much $$$
is there any good sites that will do some menu planning for me that are nutritious and at a minimal cost?

foodtv.com - Food Network has weekly meal plans. Robin Miller, on the Food Network has a show which shows how you can transform one main item-Roasted chicken, Turkey tenderloin, etc. into many different meals throughout the week. Her recipes are fairly easy to follow. Search for Robin Miller, under "find a show" once you're on the food network website. Her show is called "quick fix meals". If you look around you will find a full week schedule of dinners. I just checked for it to tell you where it is but can't seem to find it again. Should be there somewhere.

Congrats on being a parent...again!!

Hope this helps. Happy Cooking.

No problem, sweetie. Best of luck! Report It

Both of the above have plenty of recipes. Try to stick to lots of beans and vegetarian dishes, and you'll save tons of cash.

KraftKitchens.com I LOVE this site! They have great recipes with ingredients that you already have in your house - no running to the store for things! And you can customize your meal plan for what you have on hand. Try it! You'll love it!!!

    I like to use http://www.cooks.com.
