Grape Nuts Energy Bars?!

Question: A few years ago i stumbled across a recipe involving grap nuts cereal. It was for an energy bar, and it basically consisted of just grapenuts, butter, sugar, and maybe peanut butter? i can't exactly remember... does anyone have the recipe i'm thinking of? it was really simple. You just mix the ingredients together and let it harden i think.... PLEASE HELP!

30 Bars

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
4 cups Grape-Nuts cereal

Microwave corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring every minute.

Add cereal; mix to coat well.

Press into 9 x 13 pan that has already been lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray.

Let cool completely. Cut into bars.

U just said the recipe.

3 cups Grape-Nuts cereal
1 cup skim milk (or soy milk)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup raisins
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350° F.
OPTIONAL: You don't have to do this (blame it on my paranoia and perfectionism), but I boiled water and added the raisins in order to plump them and remove any surface sugars.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a non-stick 9 inch square baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until firm.
Cool and cut into 12 squares.
NOTE: To add some interesting or favorite taste variations, add one or more tsp of any flavor extract (or any combination): coconut, banana, almond, mint, or cocoa powder.
Various spices can also be added: nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, ginger, clove, lemon and orange peel.
You can add other extracts or spices such as: 1/2- 1 tsp.
or combination of: coconut, banana, almond extracts, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, clove, lemon and orange peel.
These bars keep well in the freezer and are excellent for traveling

Well I found one. I don't know if it's the one you had in mind, but you can check it out at this address:http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1725,154...

I took a look at the Kraft Foods site and did a search looking for grapenuts, this recipe came up, yet it calls for a different cereal. I suppose you could use grapenuts instead. Here it is:
