Sure!

* 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/3 cup milk
* 1 egg
* 1 cup finely chopped apple
* 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted

PREPARATION:
Sift together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add milk and egg; beat until batter is smooth. Fold in chopped apple. Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep hot oil -- about 370° and at least 2 1/2 to 3 inches deep -- and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes, until nicely browned.

Drain well on paper towels then roll in confectioners' sugar while still warm.

Apple Fritters

INGREDIENTS

* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup white sugar
* 1 tablespoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup milk
* 2 quarts oil for deep frying
* 4 large apples, peeled and cored
* 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until smooth.
2. Heat oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) in a deep fryer or heavy bottomed deep pot or skillet.
3. Slice apples into 1/2 inch rings. Dip apple slices in batter and fry, a few at a time, turning once, until golden. Drain on paper towels and dust with confectioners' sugar.
If you want to make them extra special, marinade the apple slices in brandy for an hour before coating in batter.

FANTASTIC APPLE FRITTERS

Combine in bowl 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons butter. Add grated rind and juice from 1/2 an orange, 1/2 cup of chopped apples (skin can be left on) and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Sift together 1 and 1/2 cups cake flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon baking powder. Stir in milk mixture with a spoon until blended. Drop batter by spoonfuls into 1/2 inch hot oil. Fry to a golden brown. Drain.

well, you have apple and prolly some sugar...and cinimon and...and flour...lol I have no clue

New Mexico Apple Fritters

8 apples peeled, quartered, and sliced
4 cups flour
2 cups shortening
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup ice water
sugar
butter
cinnamon

Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup half and half

Make a dough of flour, shortening, salt and ice water. Roll dough out thin. Cut into 6 inch round or square pieces. Place 3 apple slices on each pastry piece. Sprinkle with sugar an cinnamon and dot with butter. Press pastry around apples. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425o for 25 minutes, then reduce heat to 350o for 30 minutes. Pour sauce over each fritter at serving time.

Sauce:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Cream again. Add half and half and cream again. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Cool. (You may add 1/2 cup bourbon if desired, it gives a great flavor and the alcohol cooks away)

Additional hot, cooked apple slices can be placed on top of each fritter before serving to add more apple flavor and moisture. They can be frozen right on the cookie sheet, covered with foil. take out the night before and reheat on cookie sheet, still covered with foil, at 350o for 20 minutes prior to serving....

Fast Apple Fritters

Ingredients:
Instant pancake mix
apples
vegetable oil

Put an inch and a half veg oil in pan, heat till sizzley
dice apples
mix pancake mix with water to a thick consistency
mix in apples
drop by large spoonfuls into pan
brown and turn.
