Egg white and egg yolk separated and whipped, Egg white gives you foamy structure,If whipped for 25 to 30 minutes it'll give you hard peaks which is used for some recipes like macaroon and meringues, When egg yolk is whipped it gives you creamy texture used for some recipes like mayonnaise, But for making a dish where whole egg is used it need not to be separated. But I also say you that if time permits you can do that for more softer dish, but for same taste.

If you beat them together they will have the same taste as beating them separate and combining them, just more work doing it separately.

i really don't think it would.. all that mixing might add more air and make it a bit fluff-yer if you play your cards right though.

My opinion.. Give it a shot and let us know what happens.

why go thru the bother. They will taste the same.

Are you seriously asking this question? I swear...some of you people have nothing better to do but sit around and think of really dumb questions to ask....get some friends or something and quit wasting our time....!
