Does anyone have the "fluffy white frosting" recipe from the old version of Better Homes and gardens cookbook?!

Fluffy White Frosting

1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 dash salt
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine sugar, water, cream of tartar and salt in saucepan.
Bring to boiling, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Very slowly add sugar syrup to unbeaten egg whites in mixing bowl, beating constantly with electric mixer until stiff peaks form (about 7 minutes).
Beat in vanilla.
Frosts tops and sides of 2 8-in.
or 9-in.
layers, 1 10-in.
tube or 1 9x13 pan.

FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. light syrup
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix at high speed in double boiler

FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

In top of double boiler, combine sugar, corn syrup, water, egg whites, cream of tartar and salt. Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating with mixer or rotary beater until mixture stands in peaks, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Continue beating until frosting holds deep swirls. Frosts a 13 x 9 inch or a 2 layer cake. For Fluffy Cherry Frosting substitute 2 tablespoons Maraschino cherry juice for the water and fold 1/4 cup chopped cherries into finished frosting.
