Where can you buy sesame seeds?!

Question: I have been trying to find a good shop here in the UK that sells sesame seeds purely because I love adding them to all sorts of meals.
Also do you have to toast them or,cook them before you use them.
I have looked in Tesco and the Co-op but can not seem to find them.

you could try one of those health food shops

Sainsbury's sell them in the nut section, though I couldn't find them in Morrison's the other day.

I sprinkle them raw on salad. Roasted, the flavour is quite strong.

P.s. if you can't find them in the supermarkets, try Holland & Barrett or any Health Food Shop.

P.p.s you can also get Sesame snaps, which are snacks made of sesame seeds and honey. Really nice.

Yeah, you can get them in most supermarkets, Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's...for about 35p a bag.
Try a larger store, maybe? Yeah and loads of health food places will sell them too but for a higher price.
Don't buy them all though, I need to get some later! :)

A health food shop would probably be the best bet, or you could try a Chinese or Indian supermarket if you have one near where you live.
