Is there a way to microwave eggs so that they don't explode?!

Question: you can crack them into microwave safe cups that have been buttered or sprayed, then put plastic wrap over the tops. Cook for 1-2 minutes, depends on your microwave & how done you want them.If you put some water in the cup first you can make microwave poached eggs- it's not a foolproof method, but it usually works.

Are you talking about boiled eggs? I had a funny experience with that. If you are microwaving a boiled egg, split it in half to avoid any accidents.

In the lower wattage ovens, yes.

I have done eggs with no problem in nukes of 600 watts or lower. But ovens can go up to 800 or 900 watts, or even higher. Do you know the wattage of your oven? If it's 600 or less, pierce the shell to make a vent hole. If it's higher, you're on your own.

Try scrambling them with a little milk then put it in a microwave safe bowl. They will always explode if you cook them to long. keep an eye on it and remember to cover the bowl.

Well, I must say that I have never had this happen. I think what you really need to do is cook the eggs slowly....Very Slowly. Like, if your cooking 2, do it for 30 secs, then mix it up then add 10 sec intervals till it's cooked they way you like.
