Cookie mix into muffins?!


Question: i have already made cookie dough but i want to make choclate chip muffins.

Yum , so you will have a bar style cookie in the round....try baking for 20-25 minutes at 375 degree oven.

This advice is based on the Nestlé Toll House chocolate chip cookie "PAN COOKIE VARIATION" Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Prepare dough as above. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Makes 4 dozen bars. (I use a 9x13 pan and they come out just fine - I like a slightly thicker bar cookie anyway.)

Sorry, but I don't think this will work. The texture of a cookie and of a muffin are quite different. I think it would probably be the butter in the cookie. Most, yet not all, muffin recipes use oil rather than butter which is used in most cookies.

If you had a cake mix, you could make a muffin/cupcake type item.

Just use the warm cookies in a nice gooey ice cream sandwich-those are the best!!!

You should add another egg or two and a teaspoon of
baking powder to fluff it up a little.
