This is a cheese cake recipe that a friend told me about she does these to sell and they are really good
make a graham cracker crust and put it in a spring form pan or a reegular pie pan
for every package of cream cheese you use you use one beaten egg.and a 1/4 cup sugar. so for 2 packages you use 2 eggs and a half cup sugar, 3 packages - 3 eggs and 3/4 cup of sugar. no matter how many packages of cream cheese you use also put one teaspoon of vanilla in . Make sure your cream chhese is at room temperature and so are you eggs. pour into your graham cracker crust and bake with a pan of water in the rack below your cheesecake. bake until it gets slightly jiggly in the middle in a 350 degree oven for aobut an hour . cool and serve with what you want. You can have chocolate cheesecake if you just add some premelted bakers chocolate into it before you bake it . This is about as easy as you can get. Hint : put your graham cracker crust in the freezer and freeze it before you pour your fillng in it will make it so your crumbs dont float to the top

blueberry swirl cheesecake
