I need ideas for Thanksgiving baking?!

Question: I'm trying to bake something to give to my neighbors for Thanksgiving, but I need some ideas. I suppose I could make a boring pie, but I want it to look neat in small portions, not having to cut it and make it messy. Any ideas?

Make sweet potato muffins. I use sweet potato pancake mix, and add a pieces of cooked sweet potato in the middle of each muffin before baking. Very delish, and different. Use a can of cooked sweet potato, drain and rinsed.

Tarts, mini cheesecakes, or mini pies. I sell and give away mini cheesecakes for xmas every year.

You can't go wrong with these tasty mini pecan treats.
