I just made this yesterday. I took shrimp, the peeled kind and put them in a skillet with olive oil, some garlic, and parmason cheese. they were delish, and very quick and easy!

deep fried with cocktail sauce,

Saute them in butter (the real stuff) and garlic.

Sprinkle with Parsley and serve over warm rice!

Have a salad on the side and crusty bread for dipping in the butter sauce!

Put your shrimps in a pan, when it's a little dry put some cooking oil or butter, mix it until they turn orange. Then add some ketchup, salt and pepper. Serve with white rice. Dip your shrimp in vinegar ( mixed with hot peppers and garlic) instead of lemon and butter for a change. Actually that was my dinner a while ago.....

Steamed with Old Bay seasoning

why don't you try ceviche. It's a "seafood cocktail" appetizer. It's similar to salsa but with the addition of lemon and lime juice. Let it marinate for at least 4 hours and serve it with tortilla chips. Make sure you dice the shrimp. great with a cold bottle of Mexican beer
