If i made this would it be healthy?!

Question: if i have one 15 oz can of black beans in some water cooked in with seasoning and maybe a little more veggies like onions, carrots, and corn and make it like a spicy black bean soup. but all for one would that be okay to fill one up if its really light on all other veggies but more on the black beans

I would use vegetable broth rather than water for more flavor and maybe a little miso.

sure beans are healthy.

You should change your strategy and make it a salad with all the ingredients you currently have but add green onions, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and cilantro.

Another way to fix them and it be healthy is.... Heat your black beans till they good and hot and add salsa to it. It is good and good for ya. I got this from Dr. Phil's diet book and I thought at first I wouldn't like it but I did. Let me know if you like it... :-)

Well it would definitely fill you up. You don't have any unhealthy ingredients in that mix, so vegetables+vegetables equals a healthy meal. You have a lot of protein and vitamins with that list of food. Eating it with some sort of bread or crackers would go quite well and balance out your food groups a little more. Instead of just water in the pot, try using some stock or broth, making an even healthier and heartier soup. Enjoy, its making me craving some myself...
