INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
In a large bowl combine corn, milk, egg, butter, sugar, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well and transfer to prepared casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
4 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 (12 ounce) jar jalapeno peppers, drained and diced
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine butter, cream cheese and milk; stir until smooth.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish combine corn and jalapenos. Pour milk mixture over corn and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.

MEXICAN BAKED CORN

1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1 chopped onion
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped green chilies
1 c. grated cheese

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, and layer one-half in medium casserole. Then put a layer of cheese and the rest of the corn mixture. Top with more cheese and bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
