How can I bake mushrooms? Any yummy and quick recipes?!

Question: I am making mushrooms as a side for dinner tonight. Dinner is garlic mashed potatoes with crab-stuffed salmon pinwheels. That stuff should take about a half hour to cook. Any way I can bake a side of mushrooms in the meantime? How? Preferably something flavorful.

Well a standard way involves crab meat, mixed with breadcrumbs and cheese. But I like bacon and cheese. Mix crumbled bacon with chedder cheese. Rub you mushrooms wtih olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fill the caps with the cheese mixture and broil for about 5 min to totaly melt the cheese. Its very tasty.

Drizzle w/ olive oil and garlic. Add a splash of red wine and bake.
