Got this from the internet, son and I had it just yesterday. Do not over marinate (like I did), stick to the 8 hour max,


Best Steak Marinade in Existence

INGREDIENTS
? 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon soy sauce
? 2 tablespoons olive oil
? 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
? 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
? 1 teaspoon garlic powder
? 2-1/4 teaspoons dried basil
? 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
? 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
? 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
? 1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender. Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
2. Pour marinade over desired type of meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.

extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice or red wine vinegar, chopped garlic and fresh herbs. put everything in a ziploc bag and get all the air out. that way the liquid keeps in contact with the meat.

heinz 57 and 1/2 can of budwiser

teriyaki sauce and can be used as a marinade,kikkoman is a good brand.

simple is best...

kosher salt
pepper
fresh crushed garlic
lemon

marinade in a plastic bag overnight in the fridge. easy and tasty. it complements the flavor of the meat, doesn't overpower it.
