Gemelli pasta or Tri Color Rotini pasta for my chicken parmesean?!
Answers: These are the only 2 I have on hand, which would go best? I've already breaded, sauced, a cheesed up the chicken in the oven.
Tri color rotini - a good choice - do not overcook it. Be sure it is al dente - a bit firm.
Tri color, and it is healthy for you.
I would chose Gemelli pasta, because with Tri Color Rotini, there may be too much color with the parmesean sauce and all. But If you want the pasta to look more colorful and take away some attention off the parmesean, then chose the tri color rotini. Good luck
