Have you created anything new in the kitchen lately that you are proud of?!
Answers: If you have an idea for a meal or dish that's easy but a little different would you mind sharing? I'm tired of the same old same old.
I get bored with the same recipes too. Just the other day I created this one on a very busy night. The family loved it.

In a medium or large bowl blend eggs till lemon yellow.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended
Heat Skillet to medium-low heat, be sure to grease skillet.
Dip bread in milk-egg mixture but do not let the bread get soggy
Brown in skillet till bread is no longer wet and is browned.

Yes! I recently tried making pigs in a blanket and it came out delicious. You take the hot dogs and wrap them in crescent rolls. I actually wrapped bacon around the hot dog and then the crescent roll around the bacon. I baked them for about fifteen minutes and they came out delicious. My boyfriend makes them with bacon, ham and cheese around the hot dog in the crescent and believe it or not, they are delicious!
I cooked some boneless pork country style ribs like a pork roast. They were not good at all. The next day I shedded all the meat, put it in a large heavy pot, mixed in a lot of good bar-b-que sauce and simmered for a couple of hours. It made the very best sandwiches. I was sorry when it was gone.
