If you have access to a microwave, I like to get the Campbell's soups that you just take off the top and heat. Make a sandwich or just some crackers.

salad sandwich
left overs from the night b4
chicken wrap
potato/pasta salad
yogurt
fruit salad
chicken lettuce cheese and mayo sandwich
French breadstix with cheese and ham
2min noodles if u have hot water to put in them
cold baked potato with whatever u want on it
soup

Ummm. Meatloaf sandwich.

yougurt. sandwich.
meals from home the night before
hotpockets.

how about a cheese wrap, turkey and cheese wrap, ham and cheese wrap, pizza lunchables are a favorite with my 9 yr old daughter

Hot Pockets are great & quick if you have access to a microwave. Also, you can pick up a sub sandwich or ready-made salad from a deli the night before & they are still very good for lunch the next day.

Usually left overs a a good way to eat better than the school cafeteria, and is easier on the budget. Left over proteins such as turkey, chicken, beef, pork, ham can be used in sandwiches, wraps and salads. Keep some lettuce and tomatoes on hand with tortillas bread and cheese and you can make a variety of salads and sandwiches or wraps that are tasty and fun. add ingredients like olives, roasted peppers and croutons or nuts to slads or even wraps for more variety.
If you are a good cook, i like to make batches of stuff like pasta, or chili or soup and freeze it into small portions that would be perfect for 1 or 2 people. Get some glad freezer safe and microwaveable disposable tupperware ( you can reuse it for quite some time and it's cheap) and freeze portionsof soup chili, sphaghetti or your favorite pasta dish and just take it with you to lunch. If you can't keep it in a fridge, get a thermal lunch bag or box and take it out of the freezer in the morning. It should be just about thawed at lunch time and only need a few minutes in the microwave. If you don't have access to a microwave oven, stick to salads, sandwiches and wraps. One of my favorite things is to make a whole batch of breakfast burritos, freeze them tehn pop it in the microwave and I get a hot delicious breakfast in seconds as i head out for the day.
