Apparently you are supposed to eat 1 square of it aday & it's really good for your nails if you do,well thats if it's the same jelly we get in the UK your probaly from a compleatly different country and jelly is compleatly different to the one I'm going on about then your be thinking that I'm from a compleatly different planet,haha But yer I hav'nt eaten eny for a very long time but I can remember it was goooooood ;)
