pre heat oven to 150, Cover roast with alu foil. put in the oven, keep for 3 hours or more( u will have to check) then increase to temp to 200 and remove the foil and keep turning to roast and liquid dries up.Dont let the roast dry up so you can put spoon fulls of the liquid that has collected at bottom on top of it. or try olive oil with white wine...yummy..all the best!

I normally cook a roast at 325 F, but make sure you have some moisture in the pan - either sauerkraut or wine or apple juice/cider.

For pork, I season it with salt, pepper, paprika, sage and caraway seed along with an onion and some green or red pepper. You can cook carrots with the roast. I normally add the sauerkraut also. Enjoy your roast!

350 degrees for 30 minutes. suggestion, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, pepper , and thyme on your pork roast you will love it. good luck.

Preheat oven to 350, sprinkle roast with s&p, place on rack in baking pan. Cook for 30 mins a lb. So about 45 mins. If you have a meat thermometer thats helpful. Take roast out when thermometer reaches 155 degrees. let roast stand for 15 mins. that will retain the juices.Roast will continue to cook while resting. pork should be 165/170 degrees. If you take it out of oven at that temp it will be overdone.Pork is so lean that you do not need water in pan, it is best with dry heat.
Hope this helps!! Enjoy!!!
