Does anyone have a good home made recipe for meatballs?!

Question: I just made some meatballs with ground up "Chili-n-cheese" flavored Corn Chips, beer and habenero sauce, as the added ingredients. They were awesome! But I think it's more of a dude thing. Does anyone have a more civil recipe, without giving me a link or website?

2 lbs. ground chuck beef
1 lb. ground pork [can use all beef]
11/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs--beaten
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
pinch of ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
salt & pepper to taste

in large bowl mix the seasonings, parsley, bread crumbs and grated cheese, then add meat, and eggs and gradually add milk as you mix. You want them to be moist but not too wet. Roll into balls [whatever size you prefer] place on lightly sprayed with cooking spray cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approx 20 to 30 minutes depending on size, turning with tongs every 10 minutes.
When browned on all sides add to your favorite home made sauce. ENJOY!

These can be frozen after they are cooked.

Ground turkey, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and an egg. Mix together and form balls. Place on a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake at 375 degrees until brown.

ingredients:

150 grams ground turkey
200 grams ground beef
1 egg
1 med onion (minced)
2 tbsp bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup grated hard cheese (whatever is your favorite)
salt and pepper to taste

procedure:

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. then form into golf sized ball. deep fry.

one pound ground beef...or meatloaf mix, in a bowl, 1 slice of white or whole wheat bread per pound, milk...just enough to saturate the bread, break it up, one egg, put the meat in, put in some onion flakes, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Mix well, and bake at 350 until done. You will see the edges start to brown on the bottom. The key is baking them.

You can also add some Parmesian cheese to the mix for a little variety. I have also added raisins and they were pretty good.

I have the best meatball recipe I have ever tried. I got it from a recipe magazine, I recieved about 5 years ago.
"Make Ahead Meatballs"
1 egg
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tblsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper or black pepper
1 pounds of lean ground beef
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
mix everything together in this order--
meat, seasons, onion, sauce, dry bread crumbs.
Form into 1 inch balls place in single layer in ungreased baking pan, bake 10 minutes then turn cook for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees.

I love this recipe! I came up with it at work one night and it turned out awesome! They can be used in spaghetti, or over rice with sweet and sour sauce (Hawian style),
