this will win for sure, it's SO GOOD and will keep them coming back for more every time!

2 pkgs cream chez softened
3 sml pkgs Carl Budding beef, chopped into little squares
1 bunch of green onions chopped
2-3 table spoons of Accent seasoning (red and white bottle)
you need the seasoning otherwise it doesn't taste good, keep testing to see if you should add more (I just pour it in so I'm kind of guessing 2-3 tablespoons worth)
serve with wheat Ritz crackers!
I make this for every party because if I don't people get mad!

Please do not use accent as suggested by someone before me. It is pure MSG. Which most people try to avoid!! I think you might upset the entire working staff if you cause them to have headaches and more yucky symptoms of msg.

Here is the best crockpot recipe for a reuben dip.

4 packages 4-1/2oz each of deli corned beef, finely chopped.
1 8oz package cream cheese, cubed
1 8oz can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Rye bread or ritz crackers for dipping.

In a slowcooker, mini if you have one, combine the first 5 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until cheese is melted. Stir until blended. Serve warm.

You can even put all the ingredients in the crock pot at home, and bring it to the office with you and cook it when you first get to work. By the time your ready for your party the dip should be done. Or you can cook it in the morning, and put it on warm in the office.
