I am making a fruit chile?!


Question: i removed the tomato skins, and i have put the peaches in boiling water but the peach skins just dont want to come off very easy. they must have boiled for almost 15 min (they are rather large) the skin colour is gone and they are not fuzzy like anymore.
i think i may just chop them up as is. what do you think?
well i might take whatever skin comes off real easy and leave the rest.

You just boil the peaches for a few minutes and plunge them into ice water to make the skin seperate.
