Many years ago my grandmother made a cake called "orange raisin cake".?!
Answers: I have the recipe, but somewhere along the line I omitted how much flour to use. This supposedly won a Pillsbury Bakeoff many many years ago. Does anyone have the whole recipe?

Orange Kiss-Me Cake

Cake
1 orange
1 cup raisins
1/3 cup walnuts
2 cups Pillsbury BEST? All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened, or shortening
2 eggs
Topping
Reserved 1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 . Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan. Squeeze orange, reserving 1/3 cup juice for topping; remove seeds. In blender container, food processor bowl with metal blade or food mill, grind together orange peel and pulp, raisins and 1/3 cup walnuts. Set aside.
2 . Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine flour and all remaining cake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Stir in orange-raisin mixture. Pour batter into greased and floured pan.
3 . Bake at 350°F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Drizzle reserved 1/3 cup orange juice over warm cake in pan.
4 . In small bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in 1/4 cup walnuts; sprinkle over cake. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled.
ORANGE AND RAISIN CAKE
1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. butter, creamed
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. soda (dissolved in cream)
1 c. raisins and rind of 1 orange, ground
Juice of 1 orange
2 c. flour
Bake one hour in slow oven. While cake is still hot brush top with mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons orange juice.

Orange Raisin Cake
1 medium orange
1 1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
Extract juice from orange. put rind, raisins and nuts through food grinder. Save 1/2 cup for topping. Mix remaining with orange juice. Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly. sift together flour, soda and salt. Add alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture. blending well each time. Stir in combine fruit nut mix, and blend well.
Fill greased 8 1/2 inch ring mold about 2/3 full and bake in 350o oven 30-40 minutes. Remaining batter may be baked in greased 8 inch baking pan or loaf pan. Mix the 1/2 cup fruit nut mix with 2 cups powdered sugar, adding a little orange juice to make smooth paste. cool cake 5 minutes in pan; turn out and spread glaze over warm cake.

1 c. raisins, ground fine
1/2 c. shortening or oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Mix ground orange and raisins. Add shortening, sugar, buttermilk, egg, and vanilla; mix soda, salt, and flour and then add to raisin mixture. Bake in 3 (8 or 9 inch) cake pans at 350 degrees until done. Test with toothpick. Cool and frost.
MAPLE FROSTING:
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
1 lb. powdered sugar
In saucepan, combine milk and brown sugar. Bring just to boil, stirring constantly. Pour over butter in mixing bowl and beat until well blended. Add maple flavoring and salt. Gradually add powdered sugar, little at a time, beating well after each addition (if frosting should stiffen too quickly, add a few drops of milk). After all the powder sugar has been added, beat hard for 2 minutes.
