Chicken breasts with parma ham wrapped around them. In the oven for 30 minutes with mixed vegetables, roast pots if you can be bothered or mash potato. Are you veggie? If so, just do veggies with lots of gravy! i too need inspiration most of the time, but this is what I am cooking tonight

I am home today watching my baby grandson, I will be making a beef chuck roast, potatoes and gravy and scalloped corn.

Tomorrow I plan on making a chicken pot pie.

Coz I have to work my husbands shift in our shop coz he wants to watch the big match, Arsenal v Man United. I have managed to squeeze a KFC out of him tonight so; problem solved!

well if you want my opinion i think that you should cook a cajun chicken salad with a jacket potato and dressing on the top. mmmmmm thats what i ahd last night it was delish. ps dont buy the cheap dressing go to m and s and by the 3.79 one .

Its sat so i always make one of the following 4 ....... Saturday soup- its got chick, pumpkin, sweet pots, pots, yam, onion, carrot, cockerel soup mix, dumplings and spices it lovely. ...steak with all the trimmings- sirloin steak, grilled toms, garlic musrooms, salad and home made chunky chips...... Sri lankan chicken curry its my mums secret recipe so cant give you it..... or homemade lasagne and chips and salad... I love saturdays cause its the day where i can take time with my cooking and also prepare the meat for the next day... happy cooking lol xxxxx

Go to Tesco (or sainsburys or the other ..) and buy from the reduced price past its sell by date.
Not only cheap but limits your choice and saves you agonising every bleeding day.
