How do you make dark chocolate covered graham cracker's like the one's at caribou coffe?!?!?!

You start with the best quality dark chocolate that you can get. Melt it in a special double oven chocolate melter over low heat. It takes at least thirty minutes.

Then slowly dip high quality graham crackers into the melted chocolate. Use a thin tined fork to flip them over. Remove them from the melted chocolate and place them on a wire cooling rack to cool.

After several hours you will have a nice batch of chocolate covered graham crackers.

Me, I just go the the store and buy them already made and packaged in the cookie isle.

Get some semi sweet baking chocolate, melt it and dip the graham crackers in it. Melting in a little parafin will make it shiney.
This is just a guess, how I would make it.
I never been there.

take a cup of semi-sweet cocoa chips/bricks
a cut into slivers. when you're doing this boil water when water boiled place another pot ontop place cocoa slivers in empty pot take both pots off burner a let melt for 20 minites dip cocoa melt in gramb crackers!
