Juice from defrosted berries?!

Question: I've just defrosted some frozen berries to make a crumble for pudding. I have quite a bit of juice that has been strained form the fruits, is there anything I can use this for?

You can make a berry cake by using the juice for water in boxed cake mix. You can drink the juice. Use it for salad dressing. Use it to make a berry flavored Daqueri or Margarita or other mixed drink. Put it over ice cream or in a blender with ice cream for a shake or with fruit for a health shake. Simmer it to make a syrup for pancakes, French toast or waffles, add some sugar to it. The possibilities are endless.
Good Luck!

You could refreeze it then blend the juice with a banana, some strawberry ice cream or yogurt, and milk to make banana-berry smoothies.
