Well, what do you have on hand? How are we to know? Cereal, grilled tomatoes, eggs, sausages, bacon...leftover spaghetti or pizza???
Eggs, cereal, noodles, etc.
fry some eggs and top with pork and beans and drink a beer
that will keep you full all day
I think bread is your best bet.
