Does anyone have a recipe for Chocolate Peanut butter cookies?!
Answers: It does not have oatmeal in it at all, just peanut butter and chocolate chips?

Annette Funicello's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 c Unsifted flour
1 c Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tb Water
1/2 c Corn oil margarine, softened
1 tsp Vanilla
6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c Skippy creamy or super chunk peanut butter
In small bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In large bowl with mixer at low speed beat together margarine, peanut butter, eggs, water, and vanilla just until blended. Add flour mixture, beat until blended. Increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes. Optional: stir chocolate pieces into batter. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with floured bottom of glass. Bake in 375 F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container. Makes about 2-3 dozen.

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) NESTLé? TOLL HOUSE? SWIRLED? Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Morsels, divided
1 cup chopped peanuts *
Directions:
- PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
- COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup morsels and nuts. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Top dollops with remaining morsels.
- BAKE for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies
PAN COOKIE VARIATION:
Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Prepare dough as above, stirring in 1 cup Swirled Morsels. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining Swirled Morsels. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (5,200 feet) Increase flour to 2 1/2 cups. Add 2 tsp. water with flour and reduce both granulated sugar and brown sugar to 2/3 cup each. Bake drop cookies for 10 to 12 minutes and pan cookie for 17 to 19 minutes.
* NOTE: If omitting nuts, add 1 to 2 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour.

Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Thumbprint Cookies
Yield: 42 servings
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/3 c Baking cocoa
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Semisweet chocolate chips;

1 c Granulated sugar
1 c Chunky or smooth peanut
-butter
- divided
Not all-natural
1/3 c Butter or margarine; shof
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
2 Eggs

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Melt 1 cup
morsels in small, heavy saucepan over lowest possible heat, stirring
constantly until smooth. Beat sugar, 1/3 cup peanut butter, butter and
vanilla in large mixer bowl. Beat in melted chocolate. Add eggs one at a
time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in remaining morsels. cover; chill just until firm.
Shape into 1-1/2″ balls; press thumb into tops to make about 1/2″ deep
depressions. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Fill each depression with
about 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 10 to 15
minutes or until sides are set but centers are still slightly soft. Cool
for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

I can't help you with the cookies but this is really good.
Make a cup of hot chocolate and stir in 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.
